At Piscifun®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure the items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
